Volunteer Opportunities

Many people are working together to present the gcmEQUIP conference in 2012. Volunteers are currently filling positions for volunteers in the following areas:

Prayer Ministry

These volunteers will provide prayer support before, during and after the conference. Visit the Prayer Ministry page for more details.

Ministry Hosts/General Support

These volunteers will provide onsite support at the conference in a wide variety of areas such as registration assistance, workshop hosts, first aid, technical support, emergency support, new traveler support, etc.

Coordination & Preparation

Prior to the conference, these volunteers will provide logistical, administrative, creative or other support in an area of need.

Translators/Interpreters

During the conference, these English-speaking volunteers will provide support to attendees who do not speak English by interpreting during general sessions and for some workshop sessions.

Priority languages for which interpreters are needed:

• Chinese
• Thai
• Tagalog
• Spanish
• Other (please let us know if you are able to translate into another language)

Notes:

• Anyone serving onsite at the conference in Lebanon as a volunteer must complete a volunteer application and receive confirmation of acceptance as a volunteer.
• Volunteers in all areas will be responsible for their own travel, visa, accommodation and registration expenses for the conference.
