Each conference registration package includes:

• Hot lunch and box dinner each day
• Coffee/tea breaks
• Conference materials
• Access to all sessions with speakers, presenters, worship, forums, etc.

May 31 - July 31, 2010   $249 USD
After July 31, 2010         $299 USD

NOTE: Scholarship recipients must receive a registration code before they can register.

Online Registration

• We prefer that all delegates to this conference register online.
• You will be able to return to your online registration account to complete additional information. 
• Your registration will not be confirmed until you have submitted a completed registration AND payment has been received. 
• Booking of accommodations may take place at the time of your registration or separately, after you have confirmed your travel plans.

Payment

• You may pay online by credit card or PayPal.
• You may pay by check or wire transfer. Instructions will be sent in your confirmation e-mail.
• Please let us know if you have questions.

Cancellation Policy

• There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee.
• If your plans change, registrations are transferrable to another individual or may be used to cover registration costs for the next annual conference planned for Thailand in 2011. 
• After August 31, 2010, full conference registration fees are completely non-refundable.

Registration Scholarships

• A limited number of registration scholarships are available to children’s leaders with significant financial need.
• There are no scholarship or bursary funds available for travel or accommodation expenses. Funds for travel will need to be raised separately.
