Online Registration
- We prefer that all delegates to this conference register online.
- Your registration will not be confirmed until you have submitted a completed registration AND payment has been received.

Payment
- All funds payable in US Dollars.
- You may pay online by credit card or PayPal.
- You may pay by check or wire transfer. Instructions will be sent in your confirmation e-mail.
- Please let us know if you have questions.
Pay here if you have already registered online, but have not paid yet. Requires either a CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL account.
Cancellation Policy
- Once you register, $50 of your registration fee is completely non-refundable.
- If your plans change, registrations are transferrable to another individual or may be used to cover registration costs for the next annual conference planned for Latin America in 2013.
- April 30, 2012, full conference registration fees are completely non-refundable.
Registration Scholarships
- A limited number of registration scholarships are available to children’s leaders with significant financial need.
- There are no scholarship or bursary funds available for travel or accommodation expenses. Funds for travel will need to be raised separately.

Travel Notes
- Plan to arrive no later than the evening of Tuesday, May 22 (the conference begins the morning of May 23).
- Conference attendees will be responsible to acquire all entry visas and travel permissions on their own. Conference organizers can provide a letter of invitation for use with the application, if necessary.
